I feel so GOOD!

I have been working out to lose weight for 2 weeks now and all together I have lost 6 lbs. I lost 2 lbs. last week and 4 lbs. this week. It feels so GOOD! This is something I want so bad. When I use to be skinny I was the the biggest of my friends. Now I look back and I think I was crazy. I was not big at all. Anyways, I thought I would just give an update before I went to bed. :o)!

GO Sterling! I have had the same revelations about my past thoughts on my weight. It is funny how your image of yourself can be so skewed. I am proud of your hardwork!
